Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions are handled in BDT. Withdrawals are generally paid using a method in your own name, and minimum amounts and processing times are shown in the Cashier.
We may refuse or reverse transactions linked to fraud, money laundering or the use of someone else's payment details.

Abusing bonuses, for example through multiple accounts or coordinated betting, can lead to bonus funds and related winnings being cancelled.
Betting Rules and Disputes
A bet is confirmed once it appears in your bet history. Obvious errors in odds or results may be corrected, and affected bets may be settled at the correct price or voided.
